let's start a trend....

by blogging more than once in a 3 month period...
so today at work i got my mystery shop results for
aug..28.4%...WTF!!!!! drives me crazy..'cause at
work this represents what we do for customer service,
ALL THE TIME....and that's how my boss sees it..so
this sucks...i'm gonna have to give out some tough love.
i hate confrontation...don't mind so much with
customers, but not with people i know.

work was quiet today..man. makes for a long day..

oh yeah, the other night when we were at Superstore,
we picked up Yahtzee..i LOVE that game...hoping to pull
it out after supper tomorrow.

and i got plans now to fix up the girls' room. gonna
seperate the bunk beds, paint the walls (gonna do a
scallop somewhere)...make some curtains, hang some hooks,
its gonna be sweet..
I am participating in a family yard sale on the 20th..
hoping maybe to make some extra cash, and use that to
do the room. ultimately i would love to get the girls
a new tv for there room..got some big plans..hopefully
its doable.

oh, i wanna give a shout out to my friend Marcy..she's
taking some wicked photos these days, and i'm feeling a
little jealous...all she does is lift her finger and BAM!
the magic happens...i'm disappointed cause I REALLY wanted
to scrap with her this summer and it never happened..she
always inspires me.Love ya chickie!! miss ya!!!

anyhoo gotta run,my hand is cramping up, can't type much
more...
