my december journal

i don't usually do daily projects like this,
(or minibooks for that matter)
cause i always forget, but on the scrap shoppe
site, a few are participating and i decided "why not"?
so here is the inside of my book...
its a stacked book, not side to side...
i plan to stand it up in my scrap space in hopes that
it reminds me to use it...
i had alot of fun using up some of my scraps.
I love the chunkiness of my book put all together..
Some of the pages are still kinda plain,
but i hope to put photos on there,
and layer over top of photos once put in,
plus the plain balances the busy.

yes, i used cork for a page...we'll see how it holds up...

i think my fave. page is the 25 spread,
i also used some transparency, generic and Hambly..
i sewed a bit, oh and i made a pocket for notes, or gift receipts...
i may add more, as things roll around..maybe images from flyers,
or catalogs...just random stuff...
i may just use an entire photo as one page, and journal right on photo..

i kept the colors bright and not entirely christmasy...
our christmas stuff around the place is more than green and red...
