well, where do i start?
i was able to scratch some items off my summer to-do list.
i took the girls for a plane ride over the city,
i didn't fly the plane, but i was there in the backseat
getting nauseous.
we also went to minnedosa for the weekend with my aunt and
uncle, and i slept outside...on the ground...i guess that's
what they call camping?? lol
didn't get to see Ponyo...darn it..
the girls started school..
JOlie in grade 3...GRADE 3!!!! time flies..and she was so excited to be back, and is even more excited that her best bud is in her class this year. AJ on the other hand did not want to go...she wanted to go back to kindergarten where it was only a half day and pretty much all playing..but i am happy to inform that she loves it now. they both stay for lunch so thats one less pick up i have to worry about.
so what else??
i am leaving blockbuster.
i so hate this decision. i have spent a long time getting the right staff hired. getting a system that works...but my boss is breathing so heavy down my neck that i feel i have no choice...like i am giving my best and its still not good enough, and the last visit my boss was out, he expressed how he is disappointed in me..and i know i am always like this, this time of year. but this time is different. so i have a 2nd interview coming up for another job. i think i have a really good chance at this one...
i need to start my BOM challenge on the MSS blog again. its been so draining worrying about work. it's left me creatively drained. and i can't really focus. but i think not having the stress of my current boss will definately help. i am SO MAD that i had to miss another super scrap day out in WInkler...there so many fun people that i love hanging out with and because i was forced to change my schedule this past week i had to work. and conveniently that meant working saturday..
well thats a brief summary of me lately.
i could go into more detail but i have a very large pile of laundry staring me in the face. about 8 loads should almost cover it.

yeah. it sucked that you weren't there. Hopefully the next one. Good luck with the new job! That's a difficult decision to make. Which school do your girls attend in Brandon?
george fitton...its a great school!
it was a difficult decision to make, but i feel confident its the right choice. all my family has been super supportive, so its made the process much easier.
