new job, new stresses

yes i know...
the stress thing is getting old.
well, its kind of unavoidable.
i keep getting calls in the middle of the
night from the alarm company saying
blockbusters distress alarm is going off..
tell me that's not annoying.

i really miss my blockbuster staff,
but only cause i don't know my new ones.
and i haven't made any sort of connection
with any of them...part of me doesn't want
to though..know what i mean?? like i want to
go to work, do the best i can, and then when i
clock out i am done.

nice thing is, i don't miss blockbuster the
store AT ALL...i do miss knowing my job
really well though. but that will come soon
enough at the new one.
as well, i don't have yet the feeling of "i could
work here awhile"..you know the feeling. the feeling
of longevity.

so in the next couple of weeks me and mike are going
to take a day trip to winnipeg and do ALL of our xmas
shopping. never done that before, and we will also
get our tree up and wrap the presents and be super
ready, sooner. i love the feeling of having a fun plan,
and being ahead of the game.

what else is new??? haven't got much else to report.
i am tired. i have worked 8 days in a row. I don't
recall the last time i did that. don't like it..i plan
on avoiding that again as much as possible. i have
a girlfriend who's daughter is in hockey and is playing
in brandon this weekend...i haven't seen Vicki in like
8 years??!!! i can't believe its been that long..

Anyways, i am gonna hit the hay..i work at 830, and am
super tired..
